I love the background you put into your summary. It leaves me wondering, and wanting to know what happens next! But I've never read a mystery book… Would you recommend them?
ReplyDeleteYes! I think mystery books are great!!! You never know whats going to happen, and anything can change in the book! Also, Lemony Snicket's mystery series is great, because it has comedy, mystery, and fiction, wrapped all into one!
DeleteThis is a book I want to read this Easter vacation. I am especially motivated by the fact that Lemony Snicket seems to continue the sarcasm we read in his other books AND i hear in his interviews.
ReplyDeleteAh, I just adore books by Lemony Snicket. He turns a plot, that a normal writer would keep serious, into this humorous book, that makes everyone laugh. I might read the series, but I'm not sure. All I know, is when I'm reading a Lemony Snicket book, I either can't stop smiling because I'm expecting him to say something funny, or I'm reading something that is absolutely hilarious!
